What you get
About 800 words in our own plain style: what the product or service does, who it suits, and how it fits a household's plans.
Marked “Sponsored” at the top, with your link marked as sponsored, so readers and search engines both know what it is.
Linked from the section it fits, such as water, power or home safety, and kept live for at least 12 months.
You check the facts before it goes live. We keep the final say on the wording.
What we won't do
- Sell a place in a comparison page, a verdict or an “our pick”. Those are decided on the evidence and nothing else.
- Add paid links to existing guides, or publish a link without the sponsored label.
- Print a claim we can't check. Test results, certifications and UK prices need a source.
- Sell on fear. We don't publish scare stories, and a sponsored article follows the same rule.
- Take loans or credit, gambling, crypto, or health claims.
Who reads us
UK households: about 84% of our readers are in the UK. They come for live data on power cuts, weather and fuel prices, for fact-checks of the week's headlines, and for our kit reviews and kit builders.
