A capable, well-established 2-channel smart heating kit that layers room-by-room control and separate hot water scheduling onto an existing conventional or system boiler with a hot water cylinder. It's a genuine upgrade over a single dumb thermostat for anyone with rooms that heat unevenly, but the value comes from how consistently you use the scheduling — it won't save money left on factory settings.

Who shouldn't buy this
Don't buy this if you have a combi boiler — the second channel is for hot water cylinder control, so combi owners need Drayton's 1-channel Wiser Kit instead. Also skip it if you're on Apple HomeKit, or if you just want a single thermostat swap — a basic smart room thermostat is cheaper and simpler if you don't need multi-zone or hot water control.
