A 12,000 BTU unit whose label agrees with the box: 3.5kW of cooling, plus 3.3kW of heating from a heat pump, so it earns its space beyond a heatwave. App and voice control and two window kits come with it. The 54dB on the box is a sound-pressure figure; its label sound power is 65dB(A), typical for a single-hose unit, so it's better suited to a living room than a light sleeper's bedroom. It was sold out at Pro Breeze and on Amazon in October 2026.
