The Disklok covers the entire wheel rather than clamping one section, spins freely if attacked, and is the lock most often named by insurers and police security schemes. It is heavy, it is a faff to store, and it is the one that works — the point of a Disklok is that thieves can see from outside the car that it isn't worth the time.
