- Fall detection is described by the manufacturer as an early-access feature with adjustable sensitivity, not a finished, fully reliable system — treat it as a bonus, not the reason to buy
- Requires a mandatory monthly SIM/service plan (around £16-20 a month) on top of the purchase price, and it's family/app-monitored rather than a 24/7 professional response service
