A straightforward DIY upgrade for anyone with existing numbered TRV heads and a compatible Hive Hub — swap the head, set a schedule per room, and stop heating rooms nobody's in. The pack-of-3 price only makes sense if you're already in the Hive ecosystem or buying in for several rooms at once.

Who shouldn't buy this
Don't buy if your radiators only have plain manual on/off valves (no numbered dial), or if you're not sure of your valve body — the included M30, M28 and Danfoss RA adaptors cover most UK valves but not every one, so check before ordering. Also don't buy if you don't already have, or want, a compatible Hive Hub: the pack price assumes you do, and adding a Hub on top pushes out the payback.
